Open Record from Database
To view a record from the database, use the "Open Activity Record from Database…" option from the Database menu. A window will open which allows you to specify the client with whom the record is associated via a pop-up menu. You may sort this list by cicking on the header for any of the columns: Client (based on order of entry), Last name, First name, Date of birth, or Zip code. When you select a client, you will see a list of data records associated with that client. You may open a record by clicking on the appropriate line in the list, or highlighting the line then clicking on the Open button.Caution
Once you open a record, any change you make to the record will NOT be reflected in the database. If you need to make a change to the record, see the Help for Altering a Database Record.
